What Information Do We Collect?

The Signing Glossary apps do not collect any personal data. Some of our content such as video and audio is served from our web servers on the Internet, and information such as your device's IP address is used as necessary to provide you with this content, and may be logged in our server logs for troubleshooting purposes, but no analysis or effort is made to associate that information with the identity of or any personal information of the user. We do use Google Analytics on our webservers but receive only aggregated non-personal usage reports from Google. In no event will we ever sell, trade, or in any other manner intentionally distribute, disseminate, or disclose any personal identification information about you as an individual user of the apps to any companies, organizations, individuals, or any other third party without having first received your permission.

If You Contact Us

If you contact us with questions or bug reports, we may forward limited contact information about you such as your email address to our technical support staff to enable them to respond to your inquiry, without first obtaining your permission, but will do nothing else with the information. Should you contact us with questions or comments, we may use your personal information in order to respond to your questions or comments. We may also keep your comments or questions for future reference in troubleshooting or evaluating suggestions or modifications to the game.

Privacy of Children

TERC does not solicit personal information from minors. We will never knowingly request personally identifiable information from any child of any age without prior verifiable parental consent.
